• Profile Photos: Images you upload for your user profile or board member profile.

• Location Data: Approximate location to display your distance from San Pedro Pinula, Guatemala. This is optional and only used with your permission.

• Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens to send you updates, announcements, and reminders.

• Messages: Content of messages you send through our in-app messaging feature.

• Usage Data: App interaction data such as points earned and daily engagement streaks.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the app's features, including community updates, mission trip information, child profiles, events, and donation tools.

• To send push notifications about organizational updates, events, and prayer requests.

• To facilitate in-app messaging between users and administrators.

• To display community profiles and fundraising pages when you opt in.

• To track engagement rewards (points and streaks) within the app.

 

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud services. We use encryption in transit and at rest to protect your personal information. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

 

4. Third-Party Services

Our app may contain links to external websites, such as donation pages hosted by third-party payment processors. These sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. We use the following third-party services:

• Expo Push Notification services for delivering notifications.

• Cloud storage providers for hosting uploaded images.

• Google Sheets for mission trip signup data processing.

 

5. Your Choices

• You can disable push notifications at any time through the app's Settings or your device settings.

• You can choose not to share your location when prompted.

• You can update or delete your profile information at any time through Settings.

• You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

 

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The child profiles displayed in the app are managed by authorized administrators for the purpose of sharing information about the children our organization serves.
